Terms of service
Here is what you are agreeing to when you order from dailydeall.shop, in ordinary language. If something is not clear, ask before you order rather than after — we would rather answer a question than process a return.

What we sell
Household goods: ceramics, glass, textiles, storage, lighting and small furniture. Sizes, capacities and materials are on each product page. Because many items are made in small batches, glaze and weave vary slightly between pieces — that is normal for reactive glaze and for natural fibre, and it is not a defect.
Prices and delivery
Prices are in euro and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is free above the threshold on the shipping page, and charged at the rate shown there below it. For deliveries outside the UK and EU, any import charge is payable on arrival and is not refundable by us.
Ordering
Your order is an offer; the contract starts when we send the dispatch confirmation. If an item turns out to be out of stock we will tell you within one working day and either refund you or suggest something similar — we will not send a substitute you did not choose.
Paying
We send a payment link once stock is confirmed, and the link is valid for seven days. Card details go to the payment provider, never to this site. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, within 5–10 working days depending on your payment method and your bank.
Delivery
Parcels leave Ningbo within two working days. Delivery estimates are in working days from dispatch. Risk passes on delivery. If a parcel goes missing we replace it or refund it rather than leaving you to argue with the courier.
Changing your mind
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item for a refund of the item price. Washed is fine; chipped is not. Return postage is yours unless we sent the wrong thing or it arrived broken. The returns page explains the process and is part of these terms.
Faulty or damaged
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery for breakages, with a photograph of the packaging. For faults that appear later, statutory rights apply and we will repair, replace or refund according to what is reasonable for the item.
Using this website
Please do not scrape the catalogue, copy our photographs, or attempt to interfere with the site. Links are welcome; wholesale copying is not.
Our responsibility
We are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for indirect losses, or for damage caused by using an item contrary to its care instructions. Nothing here limits liability for death, injury or fraud.
Which law applies
Chinese law governs these terms, but the consumer protections of the country you live in still apply, and you may bring a claim there.
If these terms change
We will publish the new version here. Your order is governed by the version that was live when you placed it.
