DailyDeall began with a simple frustration: the everyday things — a mug, a towel, a storage jar — were either cheap and bad or good and overpriced.
Why we started
Because the middle of the market had disappeared. A mug was either something that chipped in a month or something priced like a gift, and the same was true of towels, jars and lamps. We wanted the ordinary version: well made, plainly described, and priced so you can buy four.
How we choose what to stock
- It has to survive its own job — a mug goes in a dishwasher, a mat goes by a door, a blanket goes in a washing machine.
- It has to be describable in three lines without marketing language.
- It has to be replaceable: if we cannot restock it, we do not list it.
Packing and posting
Everything is packed by hand in Ningbo. Ceramics are wrapped individually rather than boxed together, because a set that arrives intact is worth more than a set that ships faster. Parcels leave within two working days and are tracked from collection.
