Everything is packed by hand in Ningbo and collected by the carrier each afternoon. Nothing sits in a warehouse for a week waiting for a full pallet.
When your parcel leaves
Two working days is our outer limit, and most orders go out inside one. Orders placed at the weekend are packed on Monday.

Following your parcel
Your dispatch email carries the tracking link. It can take a day to show movement, because the carrier scans the parcel when it reaches the sorting hub rather than when we hand it over. If nothing has changed after three working days, email nswbbnswbb888@163.com and we will chase it for you.
Taxes and duty
Parcels leave Ningbo, China. For the UK and the EU we prepay duty wherever the carrier allows, so the total at checkout is the total you pay. If a carrier cannot prepay, any import charge is collected on delivery and is not refundable by us.
Wrong address
Tell us within two hours and we will change the label. After collection the address is fixed; if the parcel comes back to us we refund the item but not the original postage.
Broken or missing
Photograph the box before unpacking further and email us within 48 hours for breakages — ceramics do occasionally lose an argument with a courier. If a parcel is scanned as delivered but is not there, check with neighbours first, then allow two days before we treat it as lost and send a replacement.
