Is the stoneware dishwasher safe?

Yes, unless the product page says otherwise. The reactive glaze is fired at 1,200 °C, which is well above anything a dishwasher reaches. Hand washing keeps the glaze glossier for longer, but it is not required.

Will the mugs stack in a normal cupboard?

They stack two high comfortably. The base is recessed to locate on the rim below, so a stack does not slide. Three high is possible but the top mug sits at an angle.

What size is the linen cushion cover?

45 by 45 cm, with a concealed zip and a 1 cm flange. It fits a 45 cm pad, or a 50 cm pad if you want it plump. Pads are not included.

Does the waffle blanket shed?

A little on the first wash, which is normal for cotton waffle. Wash it alone, cold, before first use and the shedding stops. Do not tumble dry on high — it shrinks the waffle structure.

How much weight will the floating shelf hold?

Rated to 15 kg on a solid wall with the supplied fixings. On plasterboard use the toggle anchors we include and stay under 8 kg, spread evenly rather than at one end.

Are the glass jars airtight?

The clip jars have a silicone gasket and are airtight. The screw-top jars are moisture-resistant but not airtight, so use those for dry goods that you finish within a few weeks rather than for coffee beans.

Do you deliver to the UK and EU?

Yes, from Ningbo, China. 7–12 business days to the UK and Ireland, 7–12 business days to mainland Europe, counted in working days from dispatch.

What is the returns window?

30 days from delivery, unused. Washed is fine, chipped is not. Return postage is yours unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged.

Can I buy a single mug rather than the set?

Not at present. The sets are packed as sets at the workshop, and splitting them leaves us with odd numbers we cannot sell.
