Payment & security
DailyDeall does not take card details on this website — by design, not just as a promise. You place the order, we check the shelf, and then you pay on our payment provider’s own page, linked from an email we send you. This page covers the two steps in between.
How it works
- Place the order. We take your name, address and email, and nothing more.
- We check the shelf and email you a payment link, normally the same working day.
- Open the link and complete the payment on the provider’s own page. Their security, their servers — any card or account details are entered inside their page and never reach this website.
- The provider tells us the payment completed. We pack the parcel and send it out.
What we can see, and what we cannot
| We can see | We never see |
|---|---|
| Order contents and the amount | Any card number, expiry date or security code |
| Name and delivery address | The account or instrument behind the payment |
| Your email address | Anything else inside your payment account |
| That the payment completed, with a transaction reference | Enough to charge you again — we hold nothing of the kind |
How long the link works
The payment link stays valid for seven days from your confirmation email. After that the shelf reservation lapses; write to us and we will send a fresh link while the item is still in stock. The seven days is our own housekeeping, not a limit imposed by the provider.
When you are charged
Once, when you complete the payment on the provider’s page. There is no pre-authorisation hold and no second charge at dispatch. The order stays open until the link lapses, so you can still pay tomorrow or the day after.
Refunds
Back to the payment method you used originally, within 5–10 working days of us approving it — depending on your payment method and your bank; refunds into an online balance are usually quicker than refunds onto a card. We cannot refund to a different account or method, and we do not offer credit notes.
If something looks unfamiliar
Email nswbbnswbb888@163.com with the date and amount before raising a dispute. Charges appear on your statement under our trading name, which is usually all it takes to recognise them. If a payment is genuinely not yours, your payment provider’s dispute process is usually faster than a chargeback.
